About the role
Anexciting opportunity has become available for a junior Lawyer tojoin our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne on a permanentfulltime basis.
Working directly with a Partner who has a passion for training andmentorship this handson role will see you working alongside otherlawyers in the broader litigation team on a variety of mattersinvolving commercial litigation and dispute resolution with aparticular focus on corporate reconstruction and insolvencypersonal insolvency property and leasing disputes contractualbreaches franchising defamation law andCorporations Actmatters.
Working for a range of high net worth individuals and leadingAustralian businesses this is a truly mixed role withapproximately half of your workload in commercial litigation anddispute resolution and the other half in insolvency.
About you
Ourideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years PAE with agenuine passion and interest in the areas of commercial litigationdispute resolution and insolvency. Your previous experience willinclude some exposure to advocacy work and you will have a keendesire to continue developing this skill.
Ourclients are at the heart of all that we do so we are looking for acandidate who demonstrates a strong client service focus and acommercial approach to all dealings.
