Job Description Scrum Master
We are seeking a servantleader and agile champion to join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master. In this role you will facilitate the successful delivery of highimpact software solutions by guiding agile practices removing obstacles and fostering continuous improvement.
What Youll Do:
Coach one or more Agile teams to deliver customer value through iterative development.
Facilitate daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
Remove impediments that block team progress and escalate as necessary.
Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and effective story writing.
Promote agile values and principles across the organization to enhance team maturity.
Use datadriven metrics (velocity burndown etc. to guide team performance and forecast outcomes.
Foster a culture of collaboration psychological safety and continuous learning.
What Youll Bring:
3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc..
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and communication skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with Jira Confluence or similar Agile tools.
