We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our revenue management team. In this role you will collaborate closely with the team Director to formulate pricing strategies for apartment communities. As an integral part of the team your primary objective will be to maximize revenue by devising optimal rates and strategies while actively engaging with Regional Managers and Property Managers to implement the recommended rate strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our goal of maximizing revenue growth and making a significant impact within the organization.

Bridge Property Management (BPM) is an integrated property management affiliate of BIG providing onsite property management to our owned and managed multifamily assets. Our 800 BPM professionals manage all aspects of our assets from construction and renovation to leasing and operations. We pay particular attention to community social services and programs such as organized afterschool homework sessions selected adult education programs social events and sponsored sports leagues as well as to the environmental impact of our communities.
