Profile Team Lead / Team Manager US Residential Mortgage Underwriter

Location Mumbai & Hyderabad

Experience 5 years of relevant years in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting

On paper Team Leader

CTC 11L 14L

Shift US Shift

Notice Immediate Joiner Only

Note Candidate should be ready to join before 27th Dec

Job Responsibilities

Ability to manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure the loan meets established guidelines

Underwriter should have the ability to Review the Employment Guideline Requirements

Perform Income calculations (salaried / Selfemployed / Rental / Other Incomes)

Calculate DebttoIncome Ratio Loantovalue Ratio Housing Payment

Review appraisal and perform Property Valuation and use property valuation tools

Review loan details in Loan applications Letters of explanation and gift letters

Income verification on Bank statement loans

Review of compliance documents

Requirements
