About the role
We are currently seeking to fill two positions: one fulltime role 36 hours per week) and one parttime role 0.5 FTE 18 hours per week). Both positions offer the opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
This is a role for a qualified Social Worker within our multi agency safeguarding hub (MASH). In Barnet we are looking for practitioners who are reflective proactive resilient and able to deliver purposeful social work to make a positive difference with our families and communities. Whether you are newly qualified worker or a seasoned practitioner we dont expect you to be able to support our children and families effectively without us supporting you. This is a place where youre given time and support to develop yourself and your practice because our approach is different. Proactive Practice and Learning Managers who are able to support responsive and coproduced training sessions to meet topical and emerging themes in practice.
An integrated child and family clinical service with a range of mental health professionals to support your work.

In addition to the salary quoted on the job description this salary attracts a Recruitment and Retention allowance of 15 and an additional 17 of base salary if you opt for a lower cost pension scheme. Salary range is therefore
