Job Description
Ray Laethem is looking to hire a full time scheduler for our service department. As an automotive scheduler youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations scheduling service appointments and providing outstanding customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for our customers ensuring efficient use of shop resources
- Act as the first point of contact for customers as they call into our dealership for all departments
- Handel customer inquiries and followup on servicerelated questions or concerns
- Reconciles cash drawer daily
- File and scan documents as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Literate
- Valid Driver License
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service
