What you will be doing
This role will be covering the North London area. Youll gain practical experience installing maintaining and servicing gas boilers heating systems and heat pumps helping to drive the shift towards lowcarbon technologies. Its a great opportunity to learn from experts build practical skills and be part of the future of sustainable heating.
Assist in the installation maintenance and repair of gas boilers heating systems and heat pumps.
Work under the supervision of qualified engineers to develop technical expertise
Develop problemsolving skills and gain practical experience in realworld heating solutions.
Stay up to date with industry innovations and sustainable heating technologies.
Learn how to diagnose faults and carry out repairs effectively.
Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Understand the role of heat pumps electrification and lowcarbon technologies in achieving Net Zero.
Attend college sessions as part of the apprenticeship programme.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out.
Provide excellent customer service while working onsite.
What we are looking for
Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English Science Maths and ICT OR Engineering
Full UK driving licence
Someone who is keen to learn ask questions and get involved and eager to develop.
Good written English
An interest in engineering heating systems and the transition to lowcarbon technologies such as heat pumps.
Good problemsolving skills confidence and strong communication skills.
Computer literate and know the basics on Microsoft Office
