Job Description

CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our team. The BDC Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers managing leads and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills sales acumen and a customerfocused mindset to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

BDC Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone email or online inquiries
  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely followup
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide information about products services and promotions
  • Highlight product features benefits and value propositions
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market demands.
  • Collaborate with other BDC team members sales representatives and departments
  • Input accurate and uptodate information into the CRM system
  • Other duties assigned

BDC Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Knowledge in sales or business is a plus
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferably in an automotive or BDC environment
  • Strong sales instincts and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Previous experience in phone or virtual sales is an asset
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other salesrelated software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other BDC team members and sales representatives
  • Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in sales processes and technologies
  • Must pass preemployment background screenings
