Responsibilities
Craft and develop advanced systems with a focus on vacuum electronics and applied plasma physics.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine project requirements and deliver flawless solutions.

Conduct rigorous testing and validation to guarantee the highest quality and performance standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field; Masters or Ph.D. preferred.
Proven experience in vacuum electronics with an emphasis on applied plasma physics.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of successfully implementing complex engineering projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a dedication to inclusivity and collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment and strictly adhere to deadlines.
