Responsibilities

  • Craft and develop advanced systems with a focus on vacuum electronics and applied plasma physics.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine project requirements and deliver flawless solutions.

  • Lead the implementation of new technologies and processes ensuring they align with our ambitious goals.

  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation to guarantee the highest quality and performance standards.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field; Masters or Ph.D. preferred.

  • Proven experience in vacuum electronics with an emphasis on applied plasma physics.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of successfully implementing complex engineering projects.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a dedication to inclusivity and collaboration.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment and strictly adhere to deadlines.
