Conduct onboarding and product training sessions for freshers.
Design and deliver training modules focused on B2B sales techniques and international lead generation.
Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and implement improvement plans.
Support sales managers with skill development across new and existing batches.
Regularly update training content to align with market trends and company goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales and international lead generation.
Prior experience in the B2B industry is mandatory.
Strong presentation communication and coaching skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor trainees effectively.
