.We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Director to manage human resources operations for a growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare HR strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of compliance employee engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and labor laws.
- Manage employee relations performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive company culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee benefits administration payroll coordination and compensation planning.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Director in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience with HR software and performance management systems.
Salary:
$125K$150K
