Good understanding of Network and Security architecture best practices components and conceptsand ability to design implement and manage mid / large size DC network spread acrossmultiple data centres and sites.
Have good understanding and hands on implementation daytoday managementand troubleshooting experience in the areas of
- Data Center Networking components and solutions
- Data Center Security components and solutions
- Designing and implementation of at least 1 medium tolarge DC network
- Designing and implementation of at least 1 multilocation organization connectivity with multiple paths
- Excellent understanding of Routing and switching anddifferent protocols
- Designing and implementation of Internet BGP Peeringfrom multiple ISPs
- Very Good understanding of one or more securityproducts like firewalls SDWAN WAN Compression Email security webapplication firewall DLP etc
- HandsOn experience in deploying managingtroubleshooting one or more product families in the above
- Good knowledge and understanding of logging loganalysis and retention Incident management and response
- Disaster Recovery Solutions from anetwork and security perspective
- Hardening of all network and security devices as per acontinuously evolving baseline
- Patch Management and timely firmware upgrades
- Coordinate and work with 3rd party vendorsfor deploying any applications / other solutions that may be required inaccordance with best practices and policies in a secure way
- Understanding of Exchange connectivityand exposure to Capital Markets or BFSI experience would be a plus
Experience
- Candidateshould have at least 10 15 years of total experience
- Atleast 3 5years of current L3 experience on at least some of the above technologies
- Shouldhave handson experience in the implementation configuration and support of atleast some ofthe above technologies
- ExcellentPresentation Communication (Oral & Written)
- Verygood interpersonal skills and ability to work with other stakeholders
