Job Description

Interpreter/Translator Litchfield MN

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to maintain an adequate workforce to meet continued sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with personnel.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and floor level workers.
  • Work requires professional written verbal and social media communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills knowledge and skills.
  • Bilingual with Spanish and English
QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Follow and monitor to assure all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines are implemented and followed.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
  • Be aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.
  • Be aware of your surroundings watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords when entering the production area.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering the production area.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree Preferred
MEMBER OF FOLLOWING TEAMS OR COMMITTEE
  • Safety Committee
  • Fun Committee
  • Food Defense
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in interpreting/translating in interviews with the managers.
  • Interpret/translate for HR safety management etc.
  • Assist with interpreting/translating for new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Handle the social media websites and postings for the Colby location
  • Assist in Employee culture and engagement
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense.
  • Travel as needed

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
