Adoption and Change Manager
Fixed Term Contract

I wanted to bring to your attention an opportunity available for a Change and Adoption Manager within the Brindley Oracle Programme in the Business Change workstream. The role involves developing a deep understanding of directorates including their size complexity challenges nuances strengths weaknesses and the forums or channels they use for engagement. It requires analysing the impact of changes on each directorate and identifying the support needed to ensure readiness such as communications training or other resources.
Building strong relationships with directorates is essentialoffering support sharing information gaining trust and gathering feedback. The role also involves helping to establish and support a robust Change Champions network by collaborating with directorates to understand their support needs.
This role will be a key interface for the directorate in how the council operates its support processes for HR Finance and Procurement on Oracle Fusion for BCC staff and customer. The programme is now at a critical stage and exciting phase ahead of reimplementation.
The role will report to Louise Milner the BCC Head of Oracle Improvement and retain a dotted line to the Business Change Team to ensure we join up and how we provide services to the council.
