THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THETEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work with the Customer Portfolio teams. The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions.

Your role will seat under the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) product family and you will lead a product squad Revenue Growth Evaluation.

The position focus on revenue evaluation and optimizations recommendations towards our sales and commercial teams:

As the Revenue Growth Evaluation Product Owner you will be overseeing one of our Key Digital Programs Vista RevUp. This product relies on advanced analytics. It provides Post Event Analysis and Recommendations on Optimizations upon historical events and sellout data. This leads to a more personalized and relevant set of optimizations increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will work very closely with our Global business owners our Data Engineers and Scientists to maintain the product build the most efficient roadmap and drive the necessary evolutions.

Forward looking you will build your squad and setup strong relationships with notably:

  • The Global Business Owners in charge of defining the global strategy for all markets and the company.
  • The Data Scientists and Engineers Teams; as this product requires advanced analytics the key expertise seat with these teams.
  • The Tech Proximity Teams in charge of capturing and funnelling business needs from our markets.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

o Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlog and translate them into Features.
o Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery facilitate daytoday interactions within the squad.
o Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and Global Business Process Owners inputs
o Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
o Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation diagnosis and resolution
o Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
o Budget Management : Provide Product roadmap and backlog squads resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Products ROI and costs

  • You have at 7 years professional experience with strong knowledge of Revenue Growth Management in an IT environment.
  • You have experience working at a FMCG or a consulting company.
  • Expertise in relevant product with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain.
  • Strong experience in Product management Product Owner certification
  • Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Strategic thinking & valuedriven mindset (roadmap creation value monitoring)
  • Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments
  • Communication skills with the ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders
  • Negotiation/mediation skills
