Job Description
Job Summary:
Collects maintains and distributes all documents necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes that insure conformance to customer requirements. Maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center. Administers the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Tasks and assignments tend to be general but may involve complex and/or nonroutine assignments. Duties are performed under limited supervision. Administers the Customer parts lists/approved vendor listing into the ERP system.

Requirements:
25 years of experience in a clerical and/or administrative support role; Certificate in a specialized function or College Degree in related field may be required depending on job function or equivalent combination of education and experience.
