- The Functional persons needs to be someone who understands manufacturingtheydoesnt need to be technical but needs to understand the company processes and manufacturing only have 1 job of learning and working on EPICOR. Hencethis personbecomes the go to person and as he has no other role he will improve far better than the process owners.
- Background Engineer with focus on production supply chain etc
- Experience: 23 years of experience of being a functional person at any ERP implementation at customer end (not at ERP implementer end).
- And or/ Person whos worked in support in ERP. Experience in production planning and configurator highly valued
- Knowledge of user administration and access control is desirable.
- Determining ERP needs via consultation business process analysis and observations.
- Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
- Writing programs and scripts to design userfriendly interfaces and optimized functionalities.
- Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
- Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.
- Providing ERP enduser training and technical support.
- Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
- Complying with industry regulations.
- Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments upgrades and offerings.
