Work Schedule: FridaySunday 4:00am4:30pm or 5:00 am 5:30 pm onsite in Monticello MN. The position includes a 20 shift differential and an annual $3000.00 retention bonus.


About the Role:

As a Coordinated Measuring Machine CMM) Technician youll provide automated inspection support to production quality and engineering. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while embodying our core values: Great People Going Beyond and Growing.


What Youll Do

Load and operate CMMs and VCMMs

Basic automated inspection equipment troubleshooting

Maintain data collection in accordance with established UMC processes

Collaboration with engineering quality and production staff

Exhibits a working knowledge of health and safety responsible for safety awareness while upholding and improving the culture of safety within the organization.

Requirements

What Youll Bring:

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent

Experience working with automated inspection systems preferred


Skills and Competencies:

Ability to express ideas share information listen actively and demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communications

Adheres to UMC Quality Standards

Ensure all internal and external customers receive positive service experiences
