Seeking: Bilingual Flooring Rockstar (a.k.a. Sales Pro with Style)
Tampa FL FullTime Base Commission
- Great Pay: Base salary starting at $50000 uncapped commission $100K potential.

- Build longterm relationships with customers who will rave about you.
- Use company provided technology (tablet/laptop/software) to build proposals and close deals.
- Stay on top of trends and know your stuff when it comes to materials style and design.
- Sales Experience: 2 years in inhome or outside sales (flooring background gold star).
- People Person: Excellent communicator who builds trust and gets excited about helping others.
- Driven & Competitive: Youve got goals and youre not afraid to chase them.
- Problem Solver: Confident negotiator who handles challenges like a champ.
- Tech Friendly: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce Google Suite Excel etc.
- Reliable & Flexible: Ready to roll with your valid drivers license and open availability.
