Overview
Job Title: 24/7 Restaurant Server
Salary: $11.79 tips
Shift: Swing
Status: Full Time
Located in beautiful Black Hawk CO the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate 24/7 Restaurant Server to join our team! You will thrive in a fastpaced highvolume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.
Responsibilities
- Passionate about food and service with a friendly outgoing demeanor and experience in a fastpaced restaurant.
- Greet guests warmly direct them to their tables take and enter beverage orders promptly.
- Memorize and recommend food and beverage items provide superior service by refilling drinks and checking on guests.
- Address and escalate guest concerns follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness clear and set tables complete side work and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to speak and write English clearly.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in a fastpaced environment.
- Preferred knowledge of food service regulations; capable of standing bending stooping and using hands throughout the shift.
- Physical ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs) and work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old pass a preemployment criminal background check and drug screen.
