Your tasks at a glance
- You handle customer inquiries (both by phone and email) and respond to patient questions concerns and requests in a courteous manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
- You create and manage patient files while providing impeccable customer service.
- You provide patients with all appointment information.
- You manage the voice mailbox and the different reminder lists.
- You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.
- You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
- You will be crosstrained for the receptionist position (once you have completed your initial training).
A clear view of your assets
- You have experience as a customer service agent receptionist medical secretary or administrative assistant AND/OR have excellent customer service skills.
- You thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- You are comfortable with computers technology and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You demonstrate strong customer orientation and emotional intelligence.
- You stand out for your organizational collaborative and autonomous skills.
- French is required:You have excellent communication skillsyou speak Englishet franais galement(advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our Englishspeaking patients).
- Schedule:You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (with some flexibility for possible schedule variations).
