In this role you will be responsible for the direction guidance and training of staff to help us continue to provide stateoftheart treatment care and custody services to Pennsylvanias most atrisk youth. As a Human Services Analyst you will provide direction guidance technical and programming assistance training and staff development to employees within the BJJS and juvenile justice providers. Your responsibilities include supporting state county and communitybased organizations in their efforts to reduce delinquency and identifying developing and implementing proven effective programming and strategies within the department. In this position you will aid in developing and implementing agencyspecific program support and training plans for facilities. You will also develop implement and maintain oversight of the BJJS various training programs. You can expect to work with other agencies within and outside the Office of Children Youth and Families (OCYF) in the areas of programming and policy development. Additionally you will represent the Department of Human Services OCYF and BJJS at meetings conferences and other public forums that require public speaking and other presentations.
