Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cluster Manager to join our team at CredR. As a Cluster Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple branches within a specific cluster or region. This is a midlevel position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job location is Bangalore Karnataka India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Cluster Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the used automobile market and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster or region
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within a specific cluster or region
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor branch performance and provide guidance and support to branch managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Identify training needs and provide training and development opportunities to branch managers and staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to branch managers
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions within the assigned cluster or region
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
