Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for a junior commercial contracts lawyer immediately available to support for an assignment lasting from 13 months. You will be working with one of our financial institution clients.
This will be on a fulltime basis and will involve managing a wide range of commercial contracts. This is a junior role so ideal for those that have qualified but are at an early stage in their career.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with commercial contracts experience across a range of matters.
- You will ideally be working inhouse however those from a private practice background will be considered.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
- You are a selfmotivated team player with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
