Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and shaping the future of inbound logistics Were looking for an Distribution Center Inbound Manager to lead and optimize our endtoend inbound operations ensuring seamless product flow enhanced supplier collaboration and costeffective logistics solutions.
In this role you will partner with suppliers buyers and 3PL providers to strengthen vendor compliance improve inventory accuracy and drive continuous process improvements. You will play a critical role in scaling operations enhancing efficiency and influencing businesswide logistics strategies that directly impact supplier performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Supplier & Vendor Management: Build strong partnerships to optimize inbound shipments reduce lead times and enhance supply chain reliability.
CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders (Suppliers NPI team 3PL and Inventory Control) to align inbound operations with business objectives and ensure seamless .
Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: Proactively address inbound challenges (e.g. ASN discrepancies) to maintain efficiency and improve vendor compliance.
DataDriven Performance Management: Develop and oversee KPIs (e.g. defectfree receipts docktostock lead time inventory accuracy) to measure success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Innovation & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance inbound logistics processes reduce costs and implement scalable solutions that support business growth.
What you need
Required:
Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management business administration or a related field
8 years of warehouse logistics or related experience
Preferred:
Certifications in warehouse management or logistics (e.g. Certified Warehouse Manager Certified Supply Chain Professional)
APICS CLTD (Logistics Transportation and Distribution certification)
2 years of people leadership experience
