We are looking for a handson Civil Construction Supervisor to lead and mentor a team ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining highquality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop your team with strong visible leadership
Manage materials equipment and labor costs while maintaining budgets
Develop clear and concise scopes to ensure successful project completion
Ensure strict compliance with WHS policies & procedures
Work closely with the client to maintain workflows and deliverables
Foster a Zero Harm culture promoting workplace safety at all times
35 years of experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role
Strong background in civil construction and maintenance
Relevant Trade Certificate or equivalent experience
Practical skills across multiple construction fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
A safetyfirst mindset and ability to lead by example
