About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team onsite (hybrid) in our Austin TX office. Were seeking driven resultsoriented managers who are ready to change the game!
What Youll Do:
The Sales Development Manager is a frontline manager whose responsibilities include:
Managing a team of 610 Sales Development Representatives.
Coaching reps on strategy and technique.
Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit.
Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.
Working with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners.
What Youll Need:
1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO.
Track record of leading a successful team.
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment.
Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
Fast learner motivated driven passionate.
