Job Description

Want to work in a food service environment but not nights or weekends Want to work while your kids are in school This is the perfect job for you! Tritons Food Service Department is looking for Cafeteria Workers to serve the students nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency cleanliness and friendliness! The hours of this position is 7 hours a day to serve breakfast and lunch to students of Newbury Elementary RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assist in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner2. Serve students and staff from the cafeteria counter3. Assume responsibility for seeing that during meal service periods the supply of food offered is replenished regularly4. Remove used dishes and assist in the cleaning of counters tables and furnishings in the dining area5. Assist in the daily clean up of the kitchen and service areas6. Perform major cleaning of refrigerators freezers and storerooms at regularly scheduled intervals as designated by the cafeteriamanager7. Assume responsibility for storage and disposal of unused foods8. Perform related duties as required including duties at special meal functions9. Assume the responsibility for the collection of fees charged the students and staff for meals such other tasks as may from time to time be assigned by the PrincipalPosition Type: FulltimePositions Available:1Job Categories:Support Staff > Food Service
