Level 3 Early Years Practitioner 12.50 per hour (Flexible)
Location: Bramham & Wetherby
Salary: 12.50 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours: Fulltime 8 AM 6 PM 3 to 5 days per week)

We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm nurturing and supportive setting that places childrens development safety and happiness at the heart of everything they do!
What Youll Be Doing:
Creating a stimulating and engaging environment that supports childrens learning and development.
Providing individualised care to meet the needs and interests of every child.
Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
Building strong partnerships with parents and professionals to support each childs journey.
Encouraging childrens selfconfidence independence and resilience fostering a love for learning.
Supporting the smooth daily running of the nursery working as part of a dedicated team.
Promoting British Values and inclusivity ensuring every child has access to an enriching education.
What Were Looking For:
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
A nurturing enthusiastic and professional approach to childcare
Passion for child development and providing the best start in life
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to upholding the EYFS framework and best practices
