Quality Assurance Specialist

We are now seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in Mlndal Sweden and report to the Quality Assurance Manager and be part of a great team of people based in our factory and warehouse.

In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure that all practices in the factory and warehouse conform to current procedures HACCP legal and customer requirements as well as developing maintaining and reviewing quality systems and driving continuous improvement in quality standards. You will support daily operations with processes and knowledge that contribute to consistent quality of products and a mature Food Safety Culture.

What you will do

• Implement and support processes for a structured way of working by ensuring the utilization of accurate procedures and documentation as well as training and monitoring the compliance of these procedures thorough the factory and warehouse organization.

• Ensure that the sites production and produced products meets external and internal requirements including legal and food safety standard compliance as well as customer expectations.

• Keep the food safety and quality management system up to date.

• As a member in the Food Safety Team coordinate and compile measurements follow up on objectives ensure that all calibration validation and verification activities are uptodate and that results are within set limits.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce complaints internal nonconformances investigate root causes coordinate and implement effective preventive actions through the teams.

• Representsfactory and warehousein audits performed by internal or external bodies authorities and customers takes actions & follow up and closing of any nonconformances found during audits.

What we expect from you

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this

• Masters degree in Bioengineering / food science and technology or equal experience.

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Food industry.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance HACCP and Quality Management Systems.

• Ability to identify where improvement is required and to carry out the necessary actions to achieve this improvement through strong collaboration teamwork.

• Proactive and capable of working independently and readily adaptable to changes.

• Fluent in English and Swedish on a professional level both verbal and written.
