This role will support the daytoday management of the valet operation to ensure the operation is fostering an excellent guest experience good client relations and promoting a professional and courteous image. Additionally this role will play a key part in creating and implementing a successful staging plan by utilizing all aspects of the locations layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
Availability to Work:Special shift requirements if any will vary depending on a locations hiring needs. If applicable availability to work 2nd shift 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
License Requirement: Must possess a valid stateissued drivers license with current address and acceptable driving record.
Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.
Guest Service: Have a strong guest orientation and positive attitude. Able to responds to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.

Salary Range: $16/hr tips)
This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
