Denver CO (Remote within Territory)
$80000 to $100000 plus commissions
An Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager is sought to join a global leader in compressed air solutions specializing in oilfree compressor technology. The company serves diverse industries including life sciences clean energy industrial manufacturing and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and service activities for plant air centrifugal equipment within the Colorado Montana and Wyoming territories. This role involves a blend of supporting a major distributor and direct customer engagement requiring a proactive approach to strategizing prospecting and relationship development to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales of equipment service contracts and complete compressed air solutions to endusers and partners within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Work closely with service and engineering teams to deliver customised valuedriven solutions including turnkey systems and rental equipment.
- Stay current on product developments and industry trends to support strategic selling and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry proper documentation of orders and compliance with safety and service standards throughout the sales process.
Area Sales Manager / Account Manager / Sales Engineer
Requirements:
- Experience in an Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development/ Outside Sales Manager / Sales Engineer position is essential.
- Have sold Air compressor products such as oilfree rotary screw compressors and centrifugal compressors catering to industries such as life sciences food and beverage clean energy industrial manufacturing and infrastructure.
- Bachelors degree in engineering engineering technology business or equivalent
