About the team:

The Sustainability Innovation team located in the newly created Sustainability growth unit is mandated to support the digital sustainability transformation of SAP customers. This is achieved through the E2E orchestration of ecosystem innovation government/academic funded projects and accelerated organic innovation incubation with a holistic focus on sustainability. The SAP Sustainability Innovation team is present in multiple locations around the globe and works closely with product teams and stakeholders across the internal and external value chain to orchestrate innovation.

What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) Operations/Office Support at SAPs Sustainability Innovation

Work Area: Administration

Location: Walldorf

Expected start date: Juli or August

In this role youll:

As a temporary Operations & Office Support 6 months) you will work closely with our team lead and specific team members to ensure smooth operations and improve existing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to support a team who builds the future sustainability solutions for SAP.

• Manage office and operations of Head of Sustainability Innovation
• Support with strategy and reporting
• preparation organization and moderation of team calls and workshops
• Support for preparing of briefing documents and presentations
• Party work on own project regarding a sustainability topic or support an ongoing project in the team

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently creatively and proactively
• Curiosity and enjoyment of working with people who are passionate about their work
• Interest in digital innovation sustainability and operations/strategy
• Good skills in Microsoft office (especially Outlook and Power Point)
• Ability to understand visualize and optimize/simplify the operational processes of our crossdisciplinary team
• Languages: fluent German and English
