Join Our Team as a Statutory Reporting Manager! Are you a finance leader with a passion for accuracy compliance and process improvement Iron Mountain is seeking a Statutory Reporting Manager to lead our Statutory Reporting COE team. In this role youll be responsible for overseeing statutory reporting and external audits across multiple countries while working closely with senior stakeholders. Your role in our mission

  • Lead and manage the Statutory Reporting COE team ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices.

  • Oversee the planning monitoring and resolution of issues related to external audits and statutory reporting across all Iron Mountain countries.

  • Collaborate with Regional/Cluster Controllers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of statutory reports and audit processes.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Iron Mountain and external auditors driving efficient audit completion.

  • Communicate with senior management on report status and escalate major issues particularly those impacting US GAAP financials.

  • Work crossfunctionally with FP&A Business Partners Tax Treasury and international business units to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Valued skills and experience

  • Chartered Accountant qualification (CA ACCA CPA or local equivalent).

  • Strong experience in statutory reporting and external audit management within a multinational corporation.

  • Expertise in US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing highperforming teams in a complex environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities including working with senior executives.

  • Ability to solve complex financial issues and drive process improvements across multiple regions.
