Job Description
A home care agency is seeking a narrativedriven Creative & Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy storytelling and technical writing creating engaging content that communicates the agencys services and values effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
Narrative Writing:
Craft compelling stories that highlight the agencys impact focusing on client experiences success stories and the human element of home care.
Develop content for brochures newsletters website and other marketing materials that resonate with potential clients and their families.
Technical Writing:
Write clear and concise documentation including care procedures guidelines and training materials for staff.
Ensure that all technical content is accurate easy to understand and aligned with industry standards.
Content Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and effective.
Assist in developing scripts educational content and promotional materials that inform and engage the audience.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in creative and technical writing.
Strong narrative writing skills with the ability to tell engaging stories.
Ability to write clear and concise technical content.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in healthcare or home care is a plus but not required.
