FLEX Security Officer Full Time
Location: Sparks NV
Rate: $19.50/HR
**Weekend Availability Needed & Will Be Stationed At Various Site Locations**

In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad specialized knowledge of various highprofile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
FLEX Security Officer Objectives:
- Provide security for shortterm special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations calloffs no shows holidays etc.
- Assist in startups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

FLEX Security Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Previous Military & / OR Law Enforcement experience a plus!!
- Must be reliable accountable punctual & have a strong work ethic.
- Conflict resolution & deescalation skills preferred.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct foot & / OR mobile patrols throughout shift during various weather conditions.
- Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
- Active PILB card and a valid drivers license required.
- Must have own transportation to get to & from work.
