Role Title: Customer Marketing Operations Executive (CRM)
If you are Sport & Racing mad and passionate about marketing and in particular Customer Marketing this is the role for you! You will be part of a team which has digital marketing & optimisation specialists focused on driving excitement for our customers & delivering business outcomes through highly impactful relevant and timely customer communications.

About The Role
Reporting into the CRM Manager you focus on operational campaign that drives customer engagement and delivers business outcomes through impactful relevant and timely customer communications. This role includes overseeing endtoend and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns to provide bestinclass omnichannel experiences across SMS email push notifications and inapp messaging. You will collaborate with the Customer Marketing Strategy team to align communication approaches across major events product launches and other business objectives to engage customers and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the delivery of innovative engaging and personalised campaigns from the Customer Marketing Power Plan across owned channels
- Champion our brand tone of voice through copy and style of communications ensuring we maximise our Product Racing and Sporting experiences.
- Develop and share detailed communication plans for each campaign including copy creative timing and placements.
- Lead the build and optimisation of core automated journeys within Braze based on behavioural triggers & high value actions.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivering as expected & to the right customers with a heightened focus on regulatory or high impact campaigns.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on CRM communications campaigns to ensure accuracy compliance with standards and regulatory adherence.
