About The Role
Reporting into the CRM Manager you focus on operational campaign that drives customer engagement and delivers business outcomes through impactful relevant and timely customer communications. This role includes overseeing endtoend and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns to provide bestinclass omnichannel experiences across SMS email push notifications and inapp messaging. You will collaborate with the Customer Marketing Strategy team to align communication approaches across major events product launches and other business objectives to engage customers and drive business outcomes.
