Job Role: Supported Housing Worker
Salary:25235 per year
Hours:37.5 hours per week

Location:Somerset East & Somerset (mainly Frome & Shepton Mallet)

The Role:
As a Support Worker youll provide personalised highquality support to individuals who have experienced rough sleeping and have high support needs. Youll work across four small housing units building strong relationships with residents to help them gain stability overcome challenges and move towards greater independence. With an average caseload of just four clients youll have the time to provide meaningful onetoone support.
