As a Senior Influencer Executive you will:
- Responsible for the of Cult Beautys influencer marketing channel activities to align and support with the overall business objectives and KPIs
- Build successful relationships with new and existing influencers cultivating a diverse and widereaching roster of talent
- Effectively use tools such as Tableau and Fospha to collate analytics which analyse and report on programme performance
- Ensure the Cult Beauty brand pillars run through the influencer marketing strategy especially from a diversity and inclusion lens
- Provide weekly / monthly reports against a preagreed set of KPIs using data analysis
- Align paid and unpaid influencer activity with the wider marketing calendar
- Organising paid activity as part of larger campaign activity working with influencers and their agents closely it is necessary that you may be contacted outside working hours on whatsapp and email for this role (on rare occasions).
- Oversee the supply chain of product/promotion codes/samples to influencers
- Manage the Influencer marketing budget as well as planning and forecasting for the channel.
- Balance commercial performance with brand awareness working to efficiency KPIs
- Responsible for presenting channel data and performance with the rest of the business and senior leadership team
- Work directly with brands to successfully execute direct influencer/brand partnerships
- Work closely with relevant internal departments particularly buying and merch to ensure the influencer programme is aligned to our brand objectives as possible
- Research and identify key influencer trends and competitor activity
What skills and experience do I need for this role
- At least 3 years experience working with talent in an influencer marketing or communications role. Specialising in paid talent onboarding.
- Indepth knowledge of influencer marketing trends platforms and best practices.
- Experience of working with various teams across performance marketing including paid social CRM and Ecom.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities able to manage multiple talent and projects simultaneously.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms and best practice within each.
- A love and understanding of the beauty landscape.
