In this role you will be working as a Maintenance Supervisor for a client that works in manufacturing precast concrete panels. This position will be responsible for:
- Supporting the maintenance manager with routine and unscheduled repairs
- Directly supervising the maintenance department
- Participating in and delegating general maintenance diagnostics and preventative maintenance of equipment which includes minor electrical repairs as well as hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
This position is a direct hire role that may become a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of maintenance experience required
- 3 years of team lead OR supervisory experience required
- Experience in parts inventory with strong organizational skills
- Experience in preventative maintenance scheduling
- Welding certification preferred
- 1st Shift Monday Friday (starting at 4AM) and occasionally Saturdays
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
- Ability to complete safety training provided by employer
- Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment required
- Ability to maintain equipment (tractors batch plant forklift man lift readymix trucks cranes and miscellaneous small engines)
