Can you imagine being at the hearth of building and delivering the future digital backbone of the Food enterprise at Cargill Join one the Food industrys largest ERP transformation programs and use your talent for driving strategic transformation programs in the Digital Technology & Data Team with high exposure across the global Cargill organization.
We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to lead and manage our organizations critical transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This position will involve overseeing the entire transformation journey including the planning and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a mediumsized team of SAP professionals ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful of all project milestones.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a mediumsized team
Demonstrated experience managing complex scalable and global development environments and transformational ERP initiatives preferably SAP S4 Hana across multiple process areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
Five years of supervisory management experience
Eight years of experience in ERP (SAP S4 Hana or Oracle) Application Solutions
10 years of experience in technology design or process design teams and environments
