An exciting opportunity has opened up for a dynamic Restaurant IT Technician to join a thriving hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering handson IT support and enjoys the buzz of the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will be the goto expert for all things IT ensuring systems run seamlessly and efficientlyso operations never miss a beat.
This varied role involves providing both remote and onsite technical support managing thirdparty escalations and taking ownership of IT infrastructure across multiple restaurant sites. From POS systems and kiosks to networks and software youll play a pivotal role in keeping technology at the heart of operations working smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An IT Diploma or A and N qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of POS systems networks and hardware
- A proactive approach to stakeholder and vendor management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support nontechnical users
- A sound understanding of IT security best practices
