Step into Your New Role
As an Civil Design Engineering Project Manager in the MidAtlantic Region you will lead and manage complex energy infrastructure projects ensuring successful delivery through expert technical guidance client management and team leadership. Collaborating with a skilled team of engineers designers and construction professionals you will provide innovative solutions and drive operational excellence. You will apply relevant design criteria standards and processes to deliver highquality engineering tasks in the energy market. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging energy infrastructure projects with significant career growth potential for the right individuals.
This hybrid role is offered out of our Exton PA office.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage energy infrastructure projects from planning to ensuring timely delivery within budget and exceeding client expectations.
Technical Direction: Provide expert technical guidance to project teams ensuring adherence to high standards of design engineering processes and quality. Oversee and validate deliverables including design computations contract drawings specifications and estimates ensuring thorough risk mitigation.
Project Delivery: Oversee project scheduling cost management and resource allocation ensuring the successful completion of energy infrastructure projects.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders fostering longterm partnerships and ensuring ongoing project success.
Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support the professional growth of team members guiding them in their technical and career development.
Business Development: Contribute to proposal presentations and scoping activities identifying new business opportunities and expanding the range of services offered to clients.
Crossdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with engineers designers and construction professionals in a collaborative teamoriented environment to deliver comprehensive project solutions.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry technical conferences committees and internal development programs. Serve as a design lead and technical advisor for junior engineers and CAD staff.
