Job Description
SiteWorker is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Fort Worth. This key role ensures the reliability and efficiency of our HVAC systems while maintaining a high standard of customer service. As a Senior Technician you will troubleshoot maintain and replace HVAC equipment to meet our clients needs contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HVAC maintenance repairs and equipment replacements for commercial clients
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues ensuring mechanical failures are corrected efficiently
- Model and uphold the highest safety standards for the team
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers representing SiteWorker in a positive and professional manner
- Uphold and promote the DynaTen brand through outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in HVAC service with an emphasis on commercial systems
- Current EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration
- Strong technical skills paired with a customerfocused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A commitment to integrity quality and customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Must pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
Working Conditions:
- Technicians must be able to work in various outdoor conditions including extreme weather (heat cold humidity rain snow etc..
- This role requires standing walking bending kneeling crouching crawling and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Regular use of hands for tools and controls as well as excellent vision (close distance color peripheral depth perception) is required.
- The noise level can range from moderate to loud.
