The Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for leading the deployment of Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) and Operational Excellence (OpEx) methodologies to enhance operational performance across the Focus Factories at the site. This role involves developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives including Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive efficiency and reduce waste as well as setting standards.
Your strategic thinking and passion for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives will help optimize processes enhance efficiency and reduce costs while fostering a culture of innovation and datadriven decisionmaking.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and the Operational Excellence Leads within the Focus Factories to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and facilitates training and development programs to build operational excellence capabilities within the organization. Along with this you will coach teams on setting monitoring and analyzing standards that drive towards process improvement. You will partner with the abovesite Operational excellence team to build links into the network and continue to identify tools and ways of working to improve our workflows and processes.
As a leader you will cultivate and reinforce appropriate Pfizer values and behaviors and will provide oversight to individuals and teams on professional development performance and quality related issues. This position will report directly to the Strategy & Operational Excellence Lead.
