Job Description

Job Title:Evaluation Coordinator I Program Evaluation

Wage/Hour Status:Exempt

Pay Group:A30Salary Plan

Primary Purpose:Perform complexcomputer statistical data research and analysis in the performance of creating and maintaining reports as it relates to program performance.

Education/Certification/Experience:

Bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE) with major course work in Education Criminal Justice Public Administration Information Technology Business or a related field.

Two years of fulltime wageearning experience in education program evaluation data analysis statistical analysis or demographic research.

Each year of experience in excess of the required two years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accreditedcollege or university on a year for year basis.

This position requires personal technology that will enable the completion of job duties and responsibilities when working remotely.

This position requires moderate travel including overnight stays.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Skill in the use of computers and peripheral equipment.

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

Skill to interpret evaluate and review statistical data as it relates to program evaluation and performance.

Knowledge of school district organization operations policies and procedures.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability tocommunicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

compile analyze and interpret data for purposes of program evaluation and reporting.

maintain and track continuity of operations planning (COOP). The COOP describes how an organizations mission critical essential functions will be sustained during and after an emergency.

and communicate educational data related to parole requirements.

and report internal district performance.

and/or assist the district in interactions with TDCJ classification rehabilitation programs parole and other divisions and departments.

in the development of publishable documents such s the Annual Performance Report and Biennial Evaluation and Report.

in Windham School District planning activities.

in program planning development and implementation for the Correction Education Association(CEA) Accreditation and reaccreditiation; maintains and updates CEA database and digital files; documents policy and procedure updates; and monitors and reviews compliance with requirements laws regulations policies and procedures for the assigned program.

with special projects program development research and training.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

11. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information receivedin the performance of the job duties.

12. Perform duties in a professional manner through daily punctual attendance at location of work assignment.

13. Follow Windham School District policies and procedures in completing assigned job duties.

14. Execute duties in a professional ethical and responsible manner as defined in 19 TAC Chapter 247 Code of Ethics and Standard Practices for Texas Educators.

Moderate travel is required.

Environmental Demands:

Work inside and outside noise radiant/electrical energy work alone work with others around machines with moving parts and objects possible exposure to microwaves in use exposure to hot and cold temperatures exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
