The mission of the Labour & Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Labour & Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for effectively aligning labour to match the needs to support the retail business. As the Manager Workforce Engineering you will support the team responsible for creating and optimizing schedules in order to maximize profitable sales and control labour wastage. THE ROLE
As the Manager Workforce Engineering you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Optimize labour spending and productivity
Gather analyze process and optimize scheduling inputs
Support decision making with curated insights
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager Workforce Engineering has:
Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in Python SQL and Microsoft Excel
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $115000 $150000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus.
