Job Description

Position: Executive/Assistant/Deputy/ManagerProject Sales & BD (PAN India) Location: Mumbai Chennai Delhi Bangalore Vizag Chandigarh Lukhnow Indore etc. Experience: 4 years of selling experiencein Sales & BD Preferable in Project Sales Industry Preference: Building Materials PEB HVAC Architectural Hardware Trunkey Project based Company EPC etc Looking for an experienced and highenergy Sales person. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads. The candidate should be energetic persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies business development BD technical ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities: Create strong relationships with key client Architect / Consultant PEBs EPCs Govt. bodies & various agencies both senior and midmanagement levels Building & maintaining strong relationship with Architect EPC Contractor civil engineer PEB companies etc. Work closely with Sales Team & crossterritory opportunities and other internal teams to achieve set sales & recovery targets. Assist team in managing & developing assigned area Leading & motivating sales team to increase profitability & sales growth. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends network expansion sales planning & team management so as to achieve targets. Sales forecasting & strategy formation. Determine annual grossprofit plans by implementing BD strategies analyzing trends and results. Developing & executing comprehensive sales plans to ensure fulfillment of respective goals in terms of sales profits & receivables. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Market Research & competitor analysis. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs competition supply and demand. Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically. Maintaining 100 client satisfaction. Reporting and analytics Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and BD organization. Analyze pipeline and lead data deliver periodic reporting to the sales and BD teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation Pipeline Forecast and Trends Conversion Rates Target Account Market Segmentation Win/Loss etc.
