We are seeking a FullTime Ophthalmic Technician for our Sycamore Illinois location. This role offers regular hours no late evenings or major holidays a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment with clear career advancement opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of recent experience as an Ophthalmic Technician. COA/COT certification is highly preferred.

The Ophthalmic Technician will perform a range of duties which include preparing the patient to see Ophthalmologist and/or Optometrist and conduct preliminary exam and captures medical history. In addition the preparation of examination and treatment rooms performing basic and routine vision screening examinations administering eye medications cleaning and maintaining ophthalmic instruments and assisting physicians during minor surgical and laser procedures may be required. Travel to other locations may also be necessary to support clinical needs.
