Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
As anIntermediate Software Developer you will leverage your expertise inAngular Bootstrap HTML CSS3 JavaScript Ajax C# and MSSQLto develop and maintain both visitorfacing and backend aspects of our solution. Experience withXamarin/MAUIfor crossplatform mobile application development will be a significant advantage. Youll work in a hybrid development environment combiningSCRUM Sprintandwaterfall methodologies ensuring our product remains innovative secure and userfriendly.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matricwith highergrade mathematics.
- ABSc Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related fieldis advantageous.
- Proficiency in using standard office applications (e.g. MS Office Suite).
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency inC# .Net Frameworkand/orC# .Net Core.
- Expertise inAngular (version 5andBootstrap (version 4.
- Handson experience withHTML CSS3 JavaScript and Ajax.
- Experience withMySQL MSSQL or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge ofMaterial Designprinciples.
- Familiarity withXamarin/MAUIfor crossplatform app development (advantageous).
- Understanding ofresponsive designandUI/UX principles.
- Experience troubleshooting frontend issues using browser developer tools.
- Knowledge ofweb architecture (Azure)andweb performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity withsoftware development best practicesanddesign patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the frontend and backend components.
- Develop new features and functionality usingAngular Bootstrap HTML CSS3 JavaScript Ajax C# MSSQL queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot resolve defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Refactor and enhance existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Ensure solutions align with security and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Testers to debug optimize and improve application code.
- Continuously improve code quality through adherence to coding standards and participation in code reviews.
